This Privacy Policy applies to the Yatavi app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a Freemium service. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is".

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

• Google AdMob

2. Advertising (AdMob) & User Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our Application. AdMob uses advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and past usage of this and other apps.

• European Economic Area (EEA) & UK Users (GDPR): If you are located in the EEA or the UK, we will ask for your explicit consent before serving personalized ads. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the app settings or your device settings.
• California Residents (CCPA): We do not "sell" your personal information in the traditional sense, but we do share data with AdMob for targeted advertising. You have the right to opt-out of personalized ads via your device's privacy settings.

3. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

4. Account Deletion and User Rights

You have the full right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data stored in our databases (Firebase). To request the deletion of your data, you can do so directly within the Application's settings menu (if available) or by contacting us at the email provided below. Once requested, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
